Founders' Reservation — Pre-Order Terms

These terms apply to the Pasithea Living Moon Founders' Reservation. They sit alongside, and never reduce, your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

Your deposit

Your £250 deposit reserves one Living Moon at the founders' price of £650 (retail price £899). The remaining balance of £400 is invoiced shortly before your unit is dispatched — nothing further is payable until then.

Refunds

Your deposit is fully refundable at any time before dispatch, for any reason — just email us at sales@meou.co.uk and we will return it in full. After delivery, your usual 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations applies as normal, alongside the 30-day return window set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Timeline

Living Moon units are built and hand-finished in strict order of reservation. Dispatch is expected to begin in Q1 2027, with all fifty founders' units completing during that quarter. As a small-batch handmade product going through compliance testing, dates may move — if your estimated dispatch changes by more than 30 days, we will tell you promptly and remind you of your right to a full refund.

Build updates

All founders receive progress updates by email throughout the build — from compliance testing through to dispatch.

Non-payment of balance

If the balance invoice remains unpaid 30 days after issue and reminder, we may release your reservation and refund your deposit in full.

Who you are contracting with

Your reservation is a contract with MEOU CREATIONS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17408023, whose registered office is at 39 Graham Avenue, Broxbourne, Hertfordshire EN10 7DS. Our full Terms of Service apply to your order; where they conflict with these terms, these Founders' Reservation Terms take precedence.
