Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of meou.co.uk and any purchase you make from us. Please read them before ordering. Nothing here reduces your statutory rights as a consumer.

Who we are

This website and store are operated by MEOU CREATIONS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17408023, whose registered office is at 39 Graham Avenue, Broxbourne, Hertfordshire EN10 7DS, United Kingdom. We trade as "meou". You can reach us at sales@meou.co.uk. In these terms, "we", "us" and "meou" mean MEOU CREATIONS LTD; "you" means the person placing an order.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you receive the order confirmation email. If we can't fulfil an order — because an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we can't deliver to your address — we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Reservations for the Pasithea Living Moon are governed additionally by the Founders' Reservation Terms. Where those terms conflict with these, the Founders' Reservation Terms take precedence for that product.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are the total payable for the item. Delivery is added at checkout and shown before you pay. Payment is taken at the point of order, except for the Living Moon balance, which is invoiced before dispatch.

We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect an order already placed.

Our products

Every meou piece is 3D printed and finished by hand. No two are identical. Colour, layer texture, seam finish and paint detail vary slightly between units, and photographs on this site are representative rather than exact. Sizes given are nominal and may vary by a small tolerance.

Figurines are adult collectibles and display pieces. They are not toys and are not suitable for children under 14. Some carry fine or pointed parts.

The Pasithea Living Moon is illuminated wall art for indoor domestic use only. It is powered by a low-voltage external power supply, which must be the one supplied with the unit — do not substitute another adaptor. It must be installed following the supplied instructions and mounted securely to a suitable wall. Do not modify the unit, its power supply or its wiring.

Intellectual property

All designs, models, images, text and branding on this site are the property of MEOU CREATIONS LTD or are used under licence, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. MEOU and PASITHEA are trade marks used under the authority of their proprietors. You may not reproduce, 3D scan, copy, resell or create derivative works from our products or site content without our written permission.

You are, of course, free to paint, display, photograph and share your own figurines however you like.

Liability

We don't exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was made, or for any loss arising from use of a product other than as intended or instructed.

This website

We aim to keep the site accurate and available but can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or withdraw products, content or features at any time.

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Complaints and disputes

If something has gone wrong, email sales@meou.co.uk and we'll do our best to resolve it quickly and directly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
