Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. Everything is packed and dispatched by hand from our workshop in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire.

Delivery options

Delivery times are counted from dispatch, not from the moment you order. Please add the dispatch time below.

Dispatch times

White Print figurines — dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Hand-Painted figurines — each one is painted to order, so please allow 10–14 working days before dispatch.

Pasithea Living Moon — Founders’ Edition units are built in strict order of reservation and dispatched to the timeline set out in the Founders' Reservation Terms. UK delivery is included in the price of the Living Moon — there is nothing further to pay for delivery, either with your deposit or on the balance invoice. Living Moons are sent on an insured service at our cost.

If an order will take materially longer than these times, we'll email you rather than leave you guessing.

Tracking

You'll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email sales@meou.co.uk and we'll chase the carrier and sort it out. If an item arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the item before disposing of anything and send the photos with your message — it makes the claim far easier.

Addresses

We can only ship to the address given at checkout. Please check it carefully — once a parcel is dispatched we usually can't redirect it. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll change it if the parcel hasn't gone.

Outside the UK

We don't currently ship internationally. If you'd like a meou piece delivered overseas, email us — we may be able to arrange it individually.
