Pasithea's eclipse simulation can be enjoyed automatically or whenever you choose.

You can set Pasithea to run the eclipse sequence:

The sculpted lunar surface makes the difference

Pasithea isn't displaying the eclipse on a flat screen.

Its Moon is a physical three-dimensional sculpture with craters, ridges and lunar terrain based on NASA lunar mapping data — you can read more about how that surface is created.

As the lighting changes across that surface, the shadows and highlights interact with the physical relief.

That gives the eclipse simulation greater depth and helps make the effect feel integrated into the sculpture rather than simply projected onto it.
